Information We Collect

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Messages, media, documents, and other content you send to or store in Reddy.
• Data from accounts and services you connect, including business records and communications.
• Transaction, property, and other information you provide or authorize Reddy to access.
• Audio, recordings, and related transcription data you provide or that is created when you use the service.
• Site usage and device data, such as page visits, interactions, and referral sources.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and support the service.
• To process and organize content and business information when you ask us to.
• To access connected services when needed to fulfill a request you initiate.
• To process information and provide requested outputs, including through automated systems.
• To improve the service and measure engagement.
• To send you service-related communications and, with your consent, marketing updates.

AI and Automated Processing

Reddy may use automated systems to process information and provide the service. You remain responsible for important decisions.

We do not use your personal transaction data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide and improve the Reddy service for you.

When needed to answer a request, Reddy may send relevant content to AI service providers. Those providers process it to return a result under their own terms and privacy policies.

Audio and recordings you provide may be transcribed, and Reddy may retain transcripts with related records. You are responsible for having the right to record and share them.

Reddy may process phone calls through voice and telecommunications providers. Calls may be recorded or transcribed to provide the service, and related transcripts or summaries may be retained. Audio retention depends on the service. Participants are notified before a call is recorded or transcribed where required by law. Recording laws vary, and you are responsible for lawful use.

Connected Accounts and Services

When you connect an account or service, Reddy uses the access needed to provide the requested service. You can withdraw access through the provider.

Data from connected services may be stored while needed to provide the service and may remain after you disconnect until you request deletion.

Reddy follows applicable policies for data received from third-party APIs, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Google User Data

When you connect a Google account, Reddy accesses your basic profile (name and email address), your Gmail messages, including their headers, bodies, and attachments, your drafts, and your Google Calendar calendars and events.

Reddy uses this data only to provide and improve the features you use: summarizing your email, finding messages that need a reply, preparing your briefs, writing drafts in your Drafts folder, sending an email after you approve it, and reading, creating, and changing calendar events when you ask. Reddy does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to decide on credit or lending.

Reddy shares Google user data only with the service providers needed to run these features: Nylas, which connects Reddy to your Google account; Anthropic, OpenAI, and TypeSafe, which process the content needed to answer your requests, sort your email, and file your calendar events; and Google Cloud, which hosts Reddy. These providers do not use the data to train their AI models. Reddy does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train AI or machine learning models, and humans do not read it unless you give permission, it is needed for security or to comply with law, or it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Google user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens are held by Nylas, and access to production systems is limited to authorized team members.

Reddy keeps Google user data while your account is connected and needed to provide the service. You can disconnect your Google account at any time in the Reddy app or in your Google account settings, which stops further access. To delete the Google user data Reddy has stored, email hello@tellreddy.com, and we delete it within 30 days.

Reddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

Reddy uses service providers for cloud hosting, account connections, AI processing, communications, voice and audio processing, analytics, scheduling, and other operations. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and terms.

Connected services are accessed only as needed to fulfill a request. Data is not retained beyond what is needed for that request unless you direct Reddy to store it or retention is required by law or applicable terms.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain account data and content while needed to provide the service and for legal and operational purposes. Retention varies by data type and purpose.

Disconnecting a connected account stops future access but does not automatically delete data already stored. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

We may retain information when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the service.

Your Rights

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
