Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide through our website, waitlist, or booking flows, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Messages and media you send through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or other supported channels.
• Documents you upload or forward for processing, including contracts, disclosures, and transaction files.
• Mail and calendar data from accounts you connect, including message content, subjects, senders and recipients, attachments, and event titles, locations, times, participants, and status.
• Transaction and property data you provide directly, plus limited data we may access from connected third-party systems when you ask Reddy to retrieve, organize, or act on that information for you.
• Site usage data including page visits, feature interactions, referral sources, and CTA clicks.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To process, organize, and manage documents and transaction data on your behalf.
• To access data from connected third-party systems on a limited, request-specific basis when needed to fulfill a request you initiate.
• To generate AI-assisted summaries, reminders, follow-ups, and status updates.
• To improve our products, measure engagement, and develop new features.
• To send you service-related communications and, with your consent, marketing updates.

AI and Automated Processing

Reddy uses artificial intelligence to extract, organize, and surface information from your documents and messages. AI-generated outputs — including summaries, reminders, and suggested actions — are designed to assist you, not replace your judgment. High-stakes actions such as offers, disclosures, and signatures always require your review and approval.

We do not use your personal transaction data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide and improve the Reddy service for you.

To read a thread, draft a reply, or answer a question about your schedule, Reddy sends the relevant message and calendar event content to our AI provider, Anthropic. Anthropic processes that content to return a result and does not use it to train its models.

Connected Email and Calendar Accounts

When you connect a Google account, Reddy requests only the permissions its features need: reading your mail, creating draft replies, and reading and writing calendar events. Reddy does not send mail. It saves drafts to your mailbox for you to review, and you send them yourself from your own mail client. The calendar works the same way: Reddy reads it on its own to keep up with your schedule, but it adds or changes an event only when you ask it to. You grant these permissions on Google's own consent screen. Reddy never receives your Google password, and you can withdraw access at any time from your Google Account.

Your mailbox connection is handled by Nylas, our email infrastructure provider. Nylas holds the authorization Google issues and retrieves your mail and calendar data on our behalf. Nylas processes that data under its own privacy policy and terms.

Email is stored rather than fetched fresh each time. Reddy saves the messages and threads it retrieves so it can answer accurately when you ask about a past client, deal, or conversation. Stored mail remains after you disconnect a mailbox, because it usually holds the context of work you have already done. If you want that mail deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

Calendar events are stored the same way. When an event on a connected calendar is created, changed, or deleted, Reddy saves its title, location, time, participants, and status so it can tell you what your day holds and what has moved. An event you cancel or delete stays stored along with the time it held before, because the calendar no longer keeps it and that record is the only way Reddy can tell you the showing was called off. Stored events remain after you disconnect an account, on the same terms as mail, and we will delete them on request.

Reddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

Reddy uses third-party services to operate, including cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), email and calendar infrastructure (Nylas), AI processing (Anthropic), messaging platforms (WhatsApp via Meta, Telegram), electronic signature providers when enabled, connected business systems you authorize, and analytics and scheduling tools. These providers process data as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and terms.

Connected systems other than email and calendar work differently: Reddy retrieves data from them in real time to complete a request you make, uses only what that request needs, and does not keep a copy unless you upload or import it yourself. Email and calendar data is stored, as described above.

Data Storage and Security

Data you choose to upload, forward, or store in Reddy is stored on Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain multi-tenant isolation to keep your data separate from other users. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain account data and content that you explicitly upload, forward, or direct Reddy to store while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Mail and calendar data from a connected account is retained after the account is disconnected, so that earlier client work stays intelligible when you ask about it later. This includes events that were later cancelled or deleted on the calendar. You can have any of it deleted at any time by contacting us.

Data accessed from any other connected system is not stored beyond what is strictly necessary to execute the specific request you made. When data is retrieved only to fulfill a real-time request, we use it solely for that purpose and discard it once the action is complete. The only exceptions are data you explicitly import into Reddy, retention strictly required to complete the workflow you requested, or retention required by law or the applicable integration terms.
