Reddy is an AI-powered assistant for real estate agents, available through our website, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and other supported channels. The service helps agents manage documents, reminders, follow-ups, and transaction workflows.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information when creating an account or submitting forms.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

AI-Powered Features

Reddy uses artificial intelligence to assist with document processing, reminders, follow-ups, and transaction management. AI outputs are assistive — they are not authoritative and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before acting on it.

Reddy is not a law firm, brokerage, or licensed advisor. Nothing in our service should be treated as legal, financial, or compliance advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that require licensed expertise.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the documents, messages, and data you submit to Reddy. By using the service, you grant Reddy a limited license to process, store, and organize your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

• Use Reddy lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not submit fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not misuse Reddy branding, content, or forms.

Third-Party Integrations

Reddy integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, Telegram, electronic signature providers, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Reddy is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Service Availability

Reddy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. During early access, we do not guarantee specific uptime, response times, or service levels. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running reliably but may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

Reddy is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs, third-party service disruptions, or data loss beyond what is within our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
