The real estate virtual assistant that works 24/7 — and never needs managing

Follow-ups, documents, deadlines, and client updates, carried by an assistant that already knows real estate — so your time goes back to clients.

A good assistant changes your business. Hiring one means recruiting, training, supervising — and starting over when they leave. Reddy is an AI virtual assistant that shows up already knowing real estate operations: it tracks documents and deadlines, runs follow-ups and reminders, and drafts client updates in English or Spanish, around the clock, while you stay with clients.

How it works

Your assistant lives in the apps you already use

No new app to learn. No portal to log into. Reddy meets you on the channels you already use — WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and more. Message it the way you would text an assistant, and it handles the rest.

  • Message it like a teammate

Need a status update on a disclosure? Want to kick off a follow-up? Just send a message on WhatsApp or Telegram. Reddy responds in real time, in whatever language the conversation is in.

  • Your inbox works too

Forward a document, ask a question, or start a task straight from email. Reddy picks it up without you switching tools or logging into anything new.

  • One conversation across every channel

Start on WhatsApp during a showing, follow up over email from your desk, check in on Telegram later. Reddy keeps the context so you never repeat yourself.

Pricing

How agents budget for it

Start with what admin help costs today: a human virtual assistant typically runs $1,800 or more per month for fixed hours, and per-deal transaction coordination adds $300–$500 per closing on top. Reddy carries that assistant workload — TC support included, no per-file fee — and founding member pricing is set to come in well under that spend.

Ranges depend on volume, languages, and how many seats need visibility. We confirm numbers after scoping — nothing on this page is a binding quote.

The workload your assistant carries

  • Leads and pipeline follow-up

Follow-up reminders and nudges for leads, clients, and deal parties go out on schedule, 24/7 — so no one goes quiet because you got busy.

  • Documents and transactions

Forward a doc or drop a voice note — it is filed against the right deal, deadlines are tracked, and the checklist updates with what is still missing.

  • Client communication, bilingual

Status updates drafted in English or Spanish, ready for your approval — every client hears from you, in their language, at the right moment.

Your AI virtual assistant — common questions

What is in scope, what stays in your CRM or brokerage stack, and who the assistant is for.

What is intentionally not included?

Reddy is not a replacement for your MLS, CRM, accounting system, or licensed advice — and it does not run your marketing or cold-call your leads. It is the assistant for admin: documents, reminders, scheduling coordination, and client-facing updates across channels. Your source systems still own contracts of record where your broker requires them.

Do I need a CRM integration on day one?

No. Reddy does not depend on your CRM — you delegate by forwarding email, uploading files, and messaging on WhatsApp or Telegram, the same way you would hand work to an assistant.

How many active deals can I run?

Founding tiers are sized to typical solo and small-team pipelines. If you run an unusually large active count or multiple languages, we adjust scope and pricing so your assistant's response quality stays high.

Is this only for teams?

No. Solo agents carrying their own admin are the core fit — the assistant is how you get leverage before your first hire. Teams add seats when multiple people need visibility into the same checklist and audit trail.

I already have a VA — does Reddy replace them?

Only if you want it to. Reddy can carry the admin workload on its own, or your VA can work through it — same deal context, checklists, deadlines, and drafts. It is far easier to train a VA to use Reddy than to train them on real estate, so the person you already trust gets real-estate fluency from day one — and the operational knowledge stays in the system either way.

What channels does Reddy work on?

Reddy meets you where you already work — WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. You message it the way you would text an assistant, and it handles the rest. You can start a conversation on one channel and continue on another without losing context.
