What always requires my approval?
Offers, disclosures, signatures, funding instructions, and other high-stakes client or third-party communications stay gated until you explicitly release them. Drafting and internal checklists can move faster; outbound risk does not.
How long is audit data kept?
Retention follows operational and legal needs for your account. Exact windows are documented during onboarding and can be adjusted for broker policy — contact us for a data retention summary.
Where is data stored?
Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud with encryption in transit and at rest, with tenant isolation between customers. We can share a high-level architecture overview for IT reviews on a call.
Can my broker compliance team get visibility?
We are building toward broker-friendly reporting. Today, individual agents own their audit trail inside Reddy; if you need enterprise controls, tell us during signup so we can prioritize your office.
Is my data safe with Reddy?
Your data is stored on private, encrypted servers and is never shared with or visible to other users. Your client information and transaction details are never used to train AI models — they are processed solely to provide and improve the service for you.
