Run your real estate business one repeatable way
Tell Reddy how you work once. It follows your playbooks, runs your routines, and carries each deal through its SOP from contract to close.
Most agents run their business from memory: which lender needs a nudge, what goes to a new lead, what the seller hears each week. That works until volume grows, and then steps get skipped. Reddy turns how you work into three layers it runs for you. Playbooks hold your preferences. Routines handle the work that comes in. SOPs carry a listing or a purchase through the weeks it takes to close. You do not build workflows. You tell Reddy how you like things done, and it works that way.
Three layers, one way of working
- Playbooks: how you like things done
Tell Reddy in a sentence how you handle a task, like what a new buyer lead hears first. Reddy writes the playbook with you and follows it when that work comes up. You can read and change each one in the Workspace.
- Routines: the work that comes in
A new lead emails, or someone calls your Reddy line. A routine checks it and runs the steps you confirmed: add the contact to Follow Up Boss, open a Slack channel, add a calendar event, or follow a playbook. Your morning and evening briefs run on schedule too.
- SOPs: each deal, start to finish
Reddy has two SOPs: a seller's, from listing launch to under contract to closing, and a buyer's purchase, from under contract to closing. When a deal reaches a stage, Reddy offers that stage's checklist and starts it when you agree. It reminds you the day before an item is due, offers to draft a follow-up when an item waiting on the lender or title stays open, and offers the next stage when one is done.
- Every step visible
The Workspace shows each playbook and each routine's steps, so you can see exactly what Reddy does for you.

Playbooks, routines, SOPs, and what you have to set up.
What is the difference between a playbook, a routine, and an SOP?
A playbook is how you like a task done. A routine is work that starts when an email or call comes in, and it finishes in moments. An SOP follows a whole listing or purchase over weeks, one checklist for each stage, and moves it from one stage to the next.
Do I have to build workflows?
No. You describe how you work in chat, and Reddy sets up the playbook or routine with you. The SOPs are ready to use. To change how a stage goes, tell Reddy, and it saves your way as a playbook that it follows next time.
How does an SOP start?
In chat. Ask Reddy for a deal's action items, or tell it a listing went live, a deal went under contract, or a closing is scheduled. Reddy shows you that stage's checklist and writes nothing until you agree. Reddy can also check off an item when a filed document, an email, or a teammate's Slack reply shows it is done.
Will Reddy send email on its own?
No. Reddy drafts replies and follow-ups for you to review, and sends only what you approve.
Where do I see what Reddy is doing?
In the Workspace: each playbook, and each routine with its steps. You talk to Reddy in Slack or Telegram.
