AI transaction coordinator software that helps you keep every deal on schedule

Inspection, financing, appraisal, closing: Reddy holds the dates, reminds you before they land, and drafts the follow-ups.

A transaction coordinator's job is to keep track of every date and every party on a deal. Reddy does that tracking from your chat. Tell it the dates in the contract and it keeps the timeline for every deal you have open. It reminds you before each deadline, tracks what is still missing, and drafts the emails that move the file forward. You approve what goes out.

The dates

The contract dates Reddy keeps

Tell Reddy a date from the contract and it keeps the date on that deal under one of these names. You can ask for a reminder before any of them.

  • Florida contract dates

Inspection, financing, appraisal, title, survey, insurance, association documents, walkthrough, and closing.

  • New York contract dates

Mortgage commitment, attorney review, co-op board approval, and closing. New York has no standard contract, so you give Reddy the dates from yours.

  • Any other date

A date that fits none of these names is kept too, with your note on what it is.

Pricing

Less than one file with a human TC

A human transaction coordinator often charges $300 to $500 per file. Reddy Closer covers a solo agent's pipeline for $79 a month, Reddy Top Producer adds a phone line and higher limits at $999, and Reddy Market Leader is built for a team at $1,999.

Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

What Reddy takes off your plate

  • Every contract date in one place

Inspection, financing, appraisal, and closing dates are kept for each deal, soonest first. When a date moves, Reddy changes it instead of keeping two.

  • Reminders before things are due

Ask for a reminder at any time you choose, or have Reddy do a task then, like checking whether the appraisal came in.

  • A morning brief of what is due

Each morning, Reddy tells you which dates are coming up, which Clients wrote, and what still needs an answer.

  • Follow-ups drafted, sent when you approve

Reddy drafts the email to the lender, title, or the other agent. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Running more deals than you can track? Start with one plan and let Reddy hold the timeline.

AI transaction coordinator — common questions

What Reddy does, what it does not do, and how it fits your brokerage.

Does Reddy replace my human transaction coordinator?

For many solo agents, yes: Reddy handles the dates, reminders, documents, and follow-ups a TC tracks. Teams with a TC often keep them and use Reddy so the TC spends less time chasing and more time on the files that need a person.

How does Reddy learn the dates in my contract?

Tell Reddy the dates in plain words, the way you would tell an assistant. Reddy records each date on the deal it belongs to, and you can correct or move any date the same way.

Will Reddy email the lender or title company on its own?

No. Reddy drafts the message and shows it to you. It sends only after you approve it, from your own email account.

Where do I talk to Reddy?

In Slack or Telegram, the same way you would message an assistant. The Workspace at workspace.tellreddy.com shows your deals, dates, and history.

Does Reddy replace my brokerage's transaction management system?

No. Your broker may still require a system of record. Reddy does the follow-through around it, so the file is complete when it gets there.
