Your real estate forms, filled for each deal from one message
Save the forms you already use. Tell Reddy the deal, and it fills the form and sends you the copy to review.
Most of the time on an offer goes into typing the same names, prices, and dates into the same forms. Reddy fills them for you. Send it the PDF forms your brokerage uses, set up their fields once in the Workspace, and from then on ask for a filled form in your chat. Reddy uses what it knows about the deal and asks for anything missing before it fills a single field. The filled copy comes back to your chat for you to review. Sending it for e-signature from the same chat is rolling out this week.
What Reddy fills
- The forms you already use
Purchase contracts, counteroffers, addenda, listing and buyer broker agreements, leases, seller and lead paint disclosures, condo and HOA riders, and estoppel requests. You save your own versions, so your brokerage's forms stay your forms.
- Asks before it fills
When a value is missing, Reddy asks for it. It fills nothing until you give it or tell Reddy to leave it blank.
- A copy to review, not a surprise
The filled form comes back to your chat. Reddy does not send it to your Client or anyone else.
- E-signature next
Sending a filled form for signature from the same chat is rolling out this week.

Which forms, how you set them up, and what happens to the filled copy.
Which forms can Reddy fill?
The PDF forms you save: purchase contracts, counteroffers, addenda, listing agreements, buyer broker agreements, leases, disclosures, condo and HOA riders, estoppel requests, and others your deals need.
How do I set up a form?
Send Reddy the PDF in your chat or upload it in the Workspace, then set up its fields once in the Workspace. After that, the form is ready for every deal.
Where do the values come from?
From what you tell Reddy and what the deal record already holds, like the Client's name or the price. When a value is missing, Reddy asks you instead of guessing.
Does Reddy send the form to my Client?
No. The filled copy comes to your chat for review. Sending a form for e-signature is rolling out this week, and it will send only when you ask.
Do I have to use a specific form library?
No. Reddy fills the forms you save, so you keep using the versions your brokerage or association requires.
